 Quickstart
1) Download and install Atmel's FLIP utility from http://www.atmel.com/dyn/products/tools_card.asp?tool_id=3886.
2) Plug in the board with the jumper installed. This will enter the bootloader.
3) Windows will detect the bootloader. Point the installer to the USB subdirectory of the FLIP installation directory.
This location contains the bootloader driver.
If required to install signed drivers and the Atmel drivers do not work,
download the signed drivers at www.avrfreaks.net.
4) Now that the driver is installed, run FLIP. Use it to program the flash with your hex file.
5) To run your hex file, remove the jumper and press reset (or click Start Application in FLIP).
